I visited Bhutan in 2017 from Bangladesh by road through India. During my visit I visited most of the tourists attractions of Bhutan and Dochula Pass is one of them. During my visit to Punakha from Thimphu, my taxi driver stopped the taxi in a place called Dochula Pass. The place was covered by clouds and fog in that time. when I got off from taxi and I felt I land my foot on a paradise. The dochula pass is extremely beautiful place with nature and man made attractions. It is like a hidden paradise inside clouds and forests. Dochula Pass is a mountain pass located on the way to Punakha from Thinphu. Here you can see 108 Memorial Chortens or Stupa known as 'Druk Wangyal Chortens'. You can see 360 degree panaromic view of Himalayan Mountain range from Dochula pass in cloud free winter season. You also get experience of snow fall at Dochula pass in cold winter days. Noakhali is a district of Chittagong Division and located between Comilla and Feni district. Noakhali is located 170 KM (approximately) far from Dhaka city. You can travel Noakhali from Dhaka by bus and train. But I think bus is the easiest way to travel Noakhali from Dhaka. From early morning to 11pm, you can get a bus easily to visit Noakhali from different location of Dhaka such as Dhanmondi Zigatola, Mirpur, Uttara, Airport, Tongi, Sayedabad bus terminal, TT para, Maniknagar etc. You need 5/6 hours to reach Noakhali from Dhaka by bus. The travel time depends on road conditions, traffic jam and availability of passengers. Ac bus fare is 400 taka and Non Ac bus fare is 350 taka per person. If you buy the ticket from one of counter inside Dhaka city such as Zigatola, Uttara, Airport, Norda or Badda etc, you have to pay 50 taka more per ticket.
